We design every space around how the person who operates it actually uses it, so it turns on with one touch and needs no technical training to use. Training is part of the delivery.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
We study the scope of every product to offer the right solution, not the most expensive one. Crestron Master Gold, Crestron Service Provider status, and AVIXA’s CTS certification back that up.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
We reuse equipment that’s still in good condition, program automatic shutdown, and guide clients toward responsible disposal of electronic waste.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The project doesn’t end at handover: preventive maintenance, corrective support with agreed response times, and on-site technicians for operations that can’t afford downtime.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Since 2021 we have offset our carbon footprint with BancO2, an initiative that conserves native forests in Colombia and pays rural families for the environmental services they provide.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
At the architecture plaza of Pontificia Universidad Javeriana, we installed a 6 \u00d7 4 meter outdoor LED screen from 375 LED with eco-active technology. According to the project, its air-purifying effect is equivalent to that of 36 mature trees, and being self-cleaning, it reduces maintenance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The sound is by Fohhn and is directed at the plaza so it doesn’t affect the university’s clinic or nearby classrooms. The brand manufactures with nearby suppliers and recyclable raw materials, and guarantees parts for up to 10 years.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

That session’s conclusion guides our work: sustainability has to be tangible and achievable for small organizations too, and it carries more and more weight in bids and negotiations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We program automatic shutdown, schedules, and low-consumption scenes with Crestron and Lutron, without relying on the user.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
We deliver floor plans, single-line diagrams, and schematics. For LEED buildings or ESG reporting, that documentation is part of what’s required.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
With preventive maintenance and support, equipment lasts longer and gets replaced less often. We audit existing systems before proposing a full replacement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Yes, as long as it’s technically viable. If the equipment is in good condition, we integrate it into the new design instead of replacing it. That reduces both the upfront investment and the project’s waste, which is why the assessment starts by reviewing what can be reused.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
It can contribute in two ways: efficient equipment with automation that reduces consumption, and the technical documentation the certification process requires. When we’re involved from the architectural planning stage, we deliver specifications and drawings that become part of the building’s file.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
AVIXA is the international association for the audiovisual industry, and its Sustainability program brings together best practices for reducing a project’s environmental impact across its life cycle.
