Mersive Solstice is a wireless presentation platform: meeting participants share what’s on their laptop or phone to the room’s screen, with no cables or adapters. In Colombia, Integración AV is a Mersive distributor and integrates it in meeting rooms and classrooms, together with the room’s screen, audio, and network.

Solstice is one piece of the room, not the whole room. If you’re planning a space for hybrid meetings, our video conference rooms for businesses page brings together the camera, microphones, platforms, and delivered projects.

More than one participant can display content on the same screen, and everyone sees what the others share.

With Solstice Conference, the video call runs on the presenter’s laptop and uses the room’s camera and microphones.

The presenter connects with the code shown on screen, or the meeting starts straight from the calendar invitation.

The approach is known as “bring your own meeting”: each person uses the video conferencing service they already have installed, and the room provides the screen, camera, microphones, and speakers. That avoids depending on a single conferencing provider and cuts down on adapters and controls on the table.

Solstice performs well in small and medium meeting rooms, where people walk in, connect their device, and get started, and in classrooms where the teacher and students present from their own devices. In large boardrooms it usually pairs with a control system that coordinates lighting, audio, and the screen; that case is covered on our smart boardrooms page.

For education, our interactive classrooms solution explains how wireless presentation combines with the room’s boards and audio.

Key idea

Wireless presentation works well when the network allows it: that’s why the installation is coordinated with the company’s IT team from the start.

We review the room and the network, work with IT to define how Solstice connects securely, and install it together with the room’s screen, audio, and USB peripherals. When we’re done, we leave the room tested with the equipment people actually use and train the users; if the organization needs ongoing support, our on-site support technicians cover it.

Yes. We’re Mersive distributors in Colombia and integrators: we include Mersive Solstice in meeting room and classroom projects, handling equipment selection, installation, configuration on the company’s network, and support.

Yes. With Solstice Conference, the meeting runs on the presenter’s laptop using the service they already use, and the room provides the screen, camera, and microphones. If the room needs to run the platform on its own, we are also Microsoft Teams Rooms and Zoom Rooms partners.

Solstice runs on the corporate network, so its configuration and security rules are defined with IT before installation.

Tell us how many rooms you have, how they’re used, and what equipment is already in place. In a technical consultation we’ll determine whether Solstice is the right fit and send you a proposal.

What Mersive Solstice does in a room
