Technical visit to the space, understanding of real usage flows, architectural survey, and review of existing equipment that can be reused. We identify the end-user requirements, not just those of the purchasing department.

02 AV Design and Technical Proposal

Documented AV design with plans, single-line diagrams, and schematics in AVIXA nomenclature. Technically justified selection of brands and models. Detailed economic proposal with installation schedule.

03 Installation, Programming, and Training

Installation executed by our team or supervised under third-party oversight. Custom Crestron programming by our CSPs. End-user training with graphic material and short videos.

04 After-Sales, Maintenance, and Escalation

Standard boardroom: 3-6 weeks. Auditoriums: 8-12 weeks. Monitoring centers and special projects: 12-16 weeks. The schedule is agreed upon in the proposal and monitored by milestones. General consultations last approximately 30 minutes. For specialized procedures, the time may vary depending on the type of service. We will inform you of the estimated duration when scheduling.

Do you handle projects outside Bogotá?

Yes. Our offices are in Bogotá and Medellín, and we handle projects throughout Colombia. For specific international projects, we operate through the PSNI (Professional Systems Network International) network.
