Professional Audiovisual Integration Services in Colombia

Professional audiovisual integration brings a space’s video, audio, control, and automation together into a single system. At Integración AV we handle it end to end: we design, program, install, and maintain boardrooms, auditoriums, classrooms, and monitoring centers in Bogotá, Medellín, and the rest of Colombia.

What It Is

What Professional Audiovisual Integration Is

An audiovisual project isn’t a list of equipment. It’s a system in which the screen, camera, microphones, audio, lighting, and control all have to work together, and that someone with no technical training has to be able to operate with a single touch.

Professional audiovisual integration is the work that makes that possible: it defines the system’s architecture, chooses the technology on technical grounds, programs it, and stands behind it after handover. When that responsibility is split among several vendors, you end up with rooms nobody knows how to use and equipment that doesn’t talk to each other.

It’s brought in when a building is constructed or renovated, when a space moves to hybrid meetings or classes, or when the equipment already there stopped working together. The earlier the integrator joins the project, the less rework there is during construction.

One Technical Owner

From design to support, the same team stands behind the whole system.

Brands Chosen Per Project

We integrate Crestron, Cisco, Poly, Shure, Sony, Mersive, MaxHub, and others based on what each space requires.

What You Already Have, First

We evaluate your existing equipment before proposing new purchases.

How We Work

From Design to Support, With One Team

This is how an audiovisual integration project moves forward with us. If your project is already underway, we step in at whatever phase it’s at.

01

Assessment and Consulting

We visit the space, understand how it will be used, and review which equipment can be kept.

02

Design and Documentation

We define the system’s architecture and deliver it as floor plans and diagrams a third party can audit.

03

Installation and Integration

We mount, wire, and connect the equipment as a single system, coordinated with the construction schedule.

04

Programming and Handover

We program the control system, test every scene, and train the people who will operate the space.

05

Maintenance and Support

We support the operation with preventive maintenance, fault response, and on-site technicians when needed.

Why an Integrator

An Integrator Stands Behind the System, Not Just the Equipment

The difference shows the day something fails. An equipment vendor stands behind what they sold; an integrator stands behind the entire system and how it runs. That’s why we document every system with diagrams a third party can audit and agree on response times in the contract after handover.

2006

The year we started designing and integrating audiovisual spaces in Colombia.

2025

AV Awards Americas: Project of the Year in Learning Environments.

2024

CALA Awards for the Javeriana Simulation Center.

2 Cities

Main office in Bogotá and an office in Medellín, with projects across the country.

One Technical Owner

Design, programming, installation, maintenance, and support under one team. You don't coordinate five vendors when something fails.

Certified Technical Judgment

Crestron Master Gold programming, Crestron Service Provider (CSP) status, and AVIXA's CTS certification.

Sustainability in Practice

We reuse equipment that's still in good condition and program automatic shutdown to save energy, in line with AVIXA's Sustainability program.

Aftercare From Day One

End-user training, preventive maintenance, and fault response with contractually agreed response times.

Featured Case

Pontificia Universidad Javeriana: One Project, Several Spaces, a Single Control Layer

At Javeriana we integrated auditoriums, medical simulation rooms, and outdoor screens with Crestron automation, under a single control layer. The Simulation Center won Project of the Year in Learning Environments at the AV Awards Americas 2025 and was recognized at the CALA Awards 2024.

We’ve also integrated academic and corporate spaces at CESA, with room and auditorium audiovisual integration.

Frequently Asked Questions

Frequently Asked Questions About Audiovisual Integration

What Is Professional Audiovisual Integration?

It’s the design, installation, programming, and maintenance of a space’s audio, video, control, and automation systems as a single system. It’s done by an integrator who stands behind how the whole thing works, not just each piece of equipment on its own.

We cover a project’s full cycle: system consulting and design, Crestron and AMX programming, installation and oversight, preventive and corrective maintenance, and on-site technical support. Each service can be hired as part of a complete project or separately, depending on what stage your space is at.

A vendor sells you equipment. An integrator designs the system, chooses the technology based on how the space is actually used, programs it to run with a single touch, and stands behind it after handover, with maintenance and support.

Yes. We start with a technical assessment to learn the equipment’s real condition, and from there propose a maintenance and support plan with contractually agreed response times. When it’s viable, we reuse and update what works before proposing replacements.

Programming turns standalone equipment into a system that runs with a single touch: scenes that turn on the room, adjust the lighting, and start the video call, integration with existing systems, and automatic shutdown. A well-programmed room gets used without technical training; a poorly programmed one ends up unused.

Yes. We provide oversight for projects executed by third parties, to verify the installation matches the approved design and technical standard, and we audit already-installed systems to learn their real condition. That diagnosis decides what to keep, what to fix, and what to upgrade.

Yes. We design audiovisual solutions aligned with sustainable construction, including buildings pursuing LEED certification. In practice that means programming automatic equipment shutdown to save energy and reusing equipment in good condition when it’s viable.

Yes. We have our main office in Bogotá and an office in Medellín, and we handle projects across the rest of Colombia with our own technicians or technical partners in other cities.

We don’t publish prices because every project is quoted according to its actual scope. The cost depends on the space’s size and complexity, the technology being integrated, and the support model you need. After reviewing your project, we deliver a detailed written proposal.

Tell Us Where Your Project Stands

A new design, an installation about to start, a system that needs maintenance, or an operation that needs on-site support: we’ll review your case with you and send a written proposal with scope, timeline, and support model.
