A smart boardroom is a meeting room where projection, lighting, shades, audio, cameras, and video conferencing work as a single system operated from one control. Whoever walks in presses a button and the room is ready to present or connect. When the meeting ends, it shuts itself down. The market also calls this a smart meeting room, an interactive meeting room, or a smart conference room — different names for the same type of space.
In many companies the meeting room has one remote for the projector, another for the air conditioning, a separate panel for the lights, and cables that don’t always connect. The first minutes of every meeting go into connecting, adjusting, and testing. That friction costs executive time and leaves equipment running unused. It weighs more in companies with offices in several cities, because every meeting between sites depends on the room connecting on the first try.
Integration solves both problems at once. Programmed scenes — present, video call, shut down — coordinate every subsystem with a single command, so nobody needs to know how to operate each device separately. Automatic shutdown when the room empties reduces consumption, a factor that matters in LEED-certified buildings and companies with ESG policies.

One-touch automation means a single button runs a full sequence instead of one command. The programming is written around how your team actually uses the room, not pulled from a catalog template.
Press “present” and the system turns on the screen or projector, selects the correct input, lowers the shades, adjusts the lighting to projection level, and raises the room’s audio. All of it happens on the same command. The user doesn’t choose sources or switch controls.
Press “video call” and the system also opens the session in your corporate platform, activates the microphones, and switches the camera to tracking mode. If the room is divisible, the system detects whether the partition is open or closed and distributes audio and control accordingly.
Press “shut down” and the sequence runs in reverse, freeing up the room. If no one closes it, a timer does it for the room. Because the equipment is connected to the corporate network — what some manufacturers call an IoT meeting room — each room’s status is visible to the technology team, and support can diagnose issues without traveling on-site.

We take on projects across Colombia: where certified technical partners are available, the installation is carried out with them under our supervision, and where none are available we send our own staff from Bogotá or Medellín.
