We integrate cameras, microphones, screens, and control into a single system so your remote meeting starts with one touch and is heard without glitches. We design video conference rooms for businesses in Bogotá and Medellín, with Crestron automation and unified Cisco systems.

A video conference room for companies is a space where the camera, microphones, screen, and codec work as a single system and connect with one button to Teams, Zoom, or Meet. Your company provides the platform; we design, program, and maintain the room in Bogotá, Medellín, and the rest of Colombia.
The most common confusion is treating the platform and the room as the same thing. Teams, Zoom, and Meet are software, licensed per user; the room is the infrastructure that makes that software work for eight or twenty people at once. Buying more licenses doesn’t fix a room where you can’t hear the back of the table.
The problem we solve is one of integration, not equipment shopping. Many companies already have a camera, a TV, and a couple of microphones, but each one turns on separately and nobody remembers which cable goes where. The first minutes of every meeting go into connecting and testing.
An integrated room responds to a single command. Press the meeting button and the screen turns on, the session opens on the company’s platform, the microphones activate, and the camera switches to tracking mode. When the meeting ends, the room shuts itself down.
This page covers the complete solution: what it includes, how to choose it by room size, how we deliver it, and what we cover in Bogotá and Medellín. If you already know what you need, go directly to video conferencing systems for companies, video conference rooms with Cisco and Poly, or Crestron video conferencing.
The number of seats determines the camera and the microphones; everything else is built around those two. These three configurations cover most of the corporate rooms we integrate.
Small rooms, 2 to 6 seats. An all-in-one video bar covers the space: wide-angle camera and microphone in the same device, connected by one cable to the computer or codec. No distributed microphones or separate audio processing needed.
Medium rooms, 6 to 14 seats. This is where a PTZ camera with automatic framing comes in, plus table or ceiling microphones and a DSP that cancels echo and levels voices. It’s the point where the room outgrows desktop equipment.
Large boardroom or U-shaped rooms, over 14 seats. A speaker-tracking camera, a ceiling microphone array, zone-based audio processing, and often two screens: one for remote participants and one for shared content.
Acoustics matter as much as seat count. A room with glass on two walls and a hard floor needs treatment before adding equipment, because the reverberation feeds back into the microphone and no processor removes it entirely.
In a hybrid meeting, the design standard shifts. The reference is no longer whoever is sitting in the room, but whoever is connected remotely, who can’t lean into the microphone or ask for the camera to turn.
Three decisions make the difference. The microphones must cover the whole table, not just the center; the camera must frame by audio or by person detection; and shared content must travel as its own source, not as a shot of the room’s screen.
The network matters too. High-resolution video over Wi-Fi needs properly sized access points and traffic priority for audio and video; without that, cuts and lag appear that no room equipment can compensate for.
When the hybrid room is also the boardroom, video conferencing is integrated with lighting, shades, and projection under one control. That’s the solution we call smart boardrooms.

We study the scope of every platform so we combine only what your room needs. Crestron Master Gold status, AVIXA's CTS certification, and Crestron Service Provider status back a team that knows what to integrate and what to leave out.
We program the meeting to start with one button and shut down automatically when the room empties. We reuse the equipment you already have that's still in good condition: sustainability starts with not replacing what still works. We are part of the AVIXA Sustainability program.

Design, programming, installation, training, and after-sales support with the same point of contact. There's no separate vendor for the equipment, another for the programming, and a third for support.
The photographs in this section show meeting rooms we integrated at corporate and academic sites across Colombia: cameras, microphones, screens, and control operating as a single system.
Among the projects already published in success stories is Procolombia, with rooms and institutional spaces that include presentation and video conferencing systems. We also integrated corporate meeting spaces and technical training rooms for the pharmaceutical company Pfizer.

Our main office is in Bogotá, at Calle 42 #27A-45, Office 403, and we have an office in Medellín. We take on projects across Colombia: where certified technical partners are available, the installation is carried out with them under our supervision, and where none are available we send our own staff.
The first conversation is a technical consultation. We review your room, how many people use it, which conferencing platform you prefer, and which existing equipment can be reused.
From there we prepare a detailed quote, with scope, AV drawings, an installation schedule, and an after-sales model.
