A classroom isn’t designed like a boardroom. Dozens of different teachers operate it, every class changes hands, and the system has to start up without anyone calling support.
On top of that are the formats specific to the sector: hybrid classes with cameras that track the teacher, auditoriums for graduations and conferences, labs and medical simulation centers that record every practice session. That’s why we start with how your institution teaches, and only then choose the camera, the microphone, or the board.
Classrooms, auditoriums, labs, medical simulation centers, common areas with background sound, and indoor and outdoor LED screens. Beyond the award-winning Universidad Javeriana project, we integrated academic spaces for CESA; both are in our success stories.
The decision usually sits with the technology or IT department, almost always alongside the Procurement department, and many projects are defined through a bidding process. That’s why every proposal includes drawings, diagrams, and a schedule that let the committee compare options and justify the investment.
“From the start, we understood that the challenge wasn’t simply installing advanced audiovisual technology, but creating an integrated ecosystem where every system supported the educational process.”
Juan Carlos Gutiérrez, General Manager of Integración AV
We serve private universities, private schools, training centers, and medical simulation centers.
The institution's AV or IT director, with the Procurement department as the second point of contact.
Universidad Javeriana's simulation center received the AV Awards Americas 2025 as Project of the Year in Learning Environments.
We deliver the documented design an institution needs to evaluate and compare proposals in a bidding process.

Education projects usually start from the same problems: classrooms that fell short for hybrid classes, auditoriums with equipment that doesn’t integrate with itself, and systems only the technician knows how to run. On top of that is the consumption of spaces left on all day and the need to justify the investment to Procurement. Each one gets solved in the design, before equipment is purchased.
The remote student can't see the board or hear questions from the room because the camera doesn't follow the teacher and the microphone doesn't cover the classroom.
If turning on the classroom requires cables, controls, and calls to support, the teacher stops using the system.
Projectors, screens, and audio from different vendors and eras that can't be controlled from a single system.
Classrooms and auditoriums left on all day, with no shutdown by schedule or motion detection.
Procurement committees and bidding processes that require a documented design to compare proposals on equal terms.

An interactive monitor or board, a camera that tracks the teacher, microphones that cover the room, and one-touch control to teach in-person and remote students at once.

Erasable boards with an interactive monitor on rails and touch panels from brands such as Legamaster, Meviko, and MaxHub, chosen by class type.

Cameras, microphones, control, and recording of every clinical practice session to review with students, like the center we integrated for Javeriana.

Large-format projection, professional audio, and integrated lighting for graduations, conferences, and institutional events, with centralized control.

Audio that's understood throughout the room, plus zoned background sound for hallways, libraries, and common areas.

Indoor and outdoor LED screens with programmable content to inform students and visitors, like the ones on Javeriana's campus.

Pontificia Universidad Javeriana wanted to modernize the simulation center for its Medicine and Nursing schools: a full floor with consultation rooms, critical care, operating rooms, observation rooms, and a central monitoring room. Twenty spaces had to operate at once, and every practice session had to be recorded for review with students.
We designed an audio and video over IP infrastructure that connects cameras, microphones, and screens on a network, with Crestron control and Shure audio. Teachers, with no technical background, manage recording and camera angles from simple touch screens, and the project was carried out under AVIXA standards between November 2023 and March 2024.
Today several groups can learn from the same simulation, and every session is recorded for later review.
The project received the AV Awards Americas 2025 as Project of the Year in Learning Environments and the CALA Awards 2024. The AV Awards jury highlighted that the space unified previously fragmented systems and that it’s operated by non-technical staff. Learn about the award.
The full project — spaces, brands and outcome — is documented in the Javeriana Clinical Simulation Center success story. On the same campus, the outdoor LED screen at the architecture plaza is another project documented as a success story.

The first conversation is a technical consultation: we review your classrooms and auditoriums, how classes are taught, and which equipment can be reused. From there we prepare a proposal with drawings, an installation schedule, and a support model, ready to present to Procurement or in a bidding process.
We serve schools and universities in Bogotá and Medellín, and in the rest of the country with our own technicians and partners.
