Site Survey. Technical Visit to the Space

We coordinate a technical visit to survey the space: measurements, existing infrastructure, construction conditions, and equipment that can be integrated.

We identify the end user's requirements, not just those of the purchasing department, so the design responds to how the room will actually be used.

Frequently Asked Questions Before Contacting Us

Do you handle projects outside Bogotá?
Yes. Our offices are in Bogotá and Medellín, and we serve projects throughout Colombia. In cities where we have certified technical partners, the project is executed with their team under our supervision; where there are no partners, we deploy personnel directly from our central offices.
We answer requests during business hours, Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM. After the initial consultation we coordinate the technical site survey and, from that survey, we prepare the detailed proposal. The proposal timeline depends on the project scope and is agreed with you in the first conversation.
We do not publish prices or fixed packages because each project is different. The cost depends on the size of the space, the level of automation, the selected equipment, and the existing infrastructure. That is why the quote is built after the technical site survey visit, with a detailed economic proposal tailored to your project.
In that first conversation we go over the project objectives, the space and actual usage workflows, review which existing equipment can be reused, and guide the most appropriate technical solution. If the project moves forward, we coordinate the technical visit and the detailed proposal with AV drawings and schedule.
