DEFINITIONS

Authorization: Prior, express, and informed consent of the Data Subject to carry out the Processing of Personal Data.
Privacy Notice: Verbal or written communication issued by the Controller, addressed to the Data Subject regarding the Processing of their Personal Data, informing them of the existence of the applicable information Processing Policies, how to access them, and the purposes of the intended Processing of the personal data.

Database: Organized set of Personal Data subject to Processing.

Personal Data: Any information linked or that can be associated with one or more identified or identifiable natural persons.

Data Processor: Natural or legal person, public or private, who, alone or in association with others, carries out the Processing of Personal Data on behalf of the Data Controller.
In cases where the Controller does not act as processor of the Database, the party acting as processor shall be expressly identified.

Data Controller: Natural or legal person, public or private, who, alone or in association with others, decides on the Database and/or the Processing of the Data.

Data Subject: Natural person whose Personal Data is subject to Processing.

Processing: Any operation or set of operations performed on Personal Data, such as collection, storage, use, circulation, or deletion.

Transfer: A data transfer takes place when the Controller and/or Processor of Personal Data sends the information to a recipient who, in turn, is a Data Controller.

Transmission: Processing of Personal Data that involves its communication, when its purpose is the performance of Processing by the Processor and/or Controller.

PROCESSING Integración AV S.A.S., acting as Personal Data Controller and in the exercise of its functions, collects, stores, processes, updates, uses, circulates, and deletes Personal Data belonging to natural persons with whom it has or has had a business relationship, whether employees, clients, suppliers, service providers, etc.
PURPOSE Personal Data is Processed by Integración AV S.A.S. for the following purposes:

5.1. To comply with legal and contractual obligations regarding employees and their family members.
5.2. Negotiation of contracts or provision of Services.
5.3 To comply with applicable laws.
5.4 To respond to requests from public and government authorities.
5.5. Contracting of automation, audio, and video products and related services for their installation and maintenance as contracted by the Data Subject.

RIGHTS OF THE DATA SUBJECT

The Personal Data Subject shall have the following rights:

6.1 To know, update, and rectify their Personal Data before Integración AV S.A.S. in its capacity as Data Controller. This right may be exercised, among others, with respect to partial, inaccurate, incomplete, fragmented, or misleading data, or data whose processing is expressly prohibited or has not been authorized.
6.2 To be informed by Integración AV S.A.S., upon request, regarding the use given to their personal data.
6.3. To revoke the authorization and/or request the deletion of Data when the processing does not respect constitutional and legal principles, rights, and guarantees. Except in cases where the Data Subject has a legal or contractual duty to remain in the Database of the Controller or Processor.
6.4 To access their Personal Data that has been Processed, free of charge. The information requested by the Data Subject may be provided through any means, including electronic means, as required by the Data Subject. Integración AV S.A.S. shall make available to the Data Subject free and easily accessible mechanisms to submit requests for data deletion or revocation of authorization.

DUTIES OF INTEGRACIÓN AV S.A.S. AS PERSONAL DATA CONTROLLER The duties of Integración AV S.A.S. under this Personal Data Processing and Protection Policy are:

7.1 To guarantee the Data Subject, at all times, the full and effective exercise of the right of habeas data.
7.2 To request the corresponding authorization granted by the Data Subject.
7.3 To duly inform the Data Subject about the purpose of the collection and the rights they hold by virtue of the authorization granted.
7.4 To keep the information under the security conditions necessary to prevent its alteration, loss, unauthorized or fraudulent consultation, use, or access.
7.5 To guarantee that the information provided to the data processor is truthful, complete, accurate, up to date, verifiable, and understandable.
7.6 To update the information, promptly notifying the Data Processor of any changes to the data previously provided, and to adopt any other measures necessary to keep the information provided to the processor up to date.
7.7 To rectify the information when it is incorrect and notify the Data Processor accordingly.
7.8 To provide the Data Processor, as applicable, only with data whose Processing is authorized.
7.9 To require the Data Processor, at all times, to respect the security and privacy conditions of the Data Subject’s information.
7.10 To process the inquiries and claims submitted.
7.11 To inform the Data Subject, upon request, about the use given to their data.
7.12 To comply with the instructions and requirements issued by the Superintendence of Industry and Commerce.

PRIVACY NOTICE

The Privacy Notice is the verbal or written communication issued by the Controller, addressed to the Data Subject regarding the Processing of their Personal Data, through a physical or electronic medium or any other format known or yet to be known, informing them of the existence of the applicable information Processing Policies, how to access them, and the purposes of the intended Processing of the personal data.

PROCEDURES

9.1. Data Subjects may request, via the email address info@intregacionav.com, the personal information of the Data Subject stored in any Database and/or File of Integración AV S.A.S. In any case, inquiries will be addressed within a maximum of 10 business days from the date of receipt. When it is not possible to address the inquiry within that period, the interested party will be informed before the expiration of the ten days, explaining the reasons for the delay and indicating the date on which the inquiry will be addressed, which in no case may exceed five business days following the expiration of the first period.
9.2 Claims: A Data Subject who considers that the information contained in a Database should be corrected, updated, or deleted, or who becomes aware of an alleged breach of any of the duties set forth in the Law, may file a claim with the Data Controller. At any time and free of charge, the Data Subject or their representative may request, via the email address info@integracionav.com, the rectification, updating, or deletion of their personal data, upon verification of their identity.

TRANSFER AND TRANSMISSION OF PERSONAL DATA

Integración AV S.A.S. may disclose to its internal departments and employees the Personal Data it Processes, for use and Processing in accordance with this Personal Data Protection Policy. In such cases, the information will be required to be treated in accordance with this Personal Data Protection Policy. Integración AV S.A.S. may not hand over Personal Data to third parties not affiliated with the Company.

VALIDITY This Personal Data Protection Policy has been in force since August 1, 2013. Integración AV S.A.S. informs that the Processing of Information is subject to the Personal Data Protection Policy of Integración AV S.A.S., which is attached and may be consulted on the website www.integracionav.com.

Integración AV S.A.S. makes use of the mechanism established in Article 10 of Decree 1377 of 2013, whereby it is expressly and unequivocally authorized to keep and manage all your information, unless you state otherwise directly, expressly, unequivocally, and in writing within thirty (30) business days following receipt of this message, to the email account available for this purpose: info@integracionav.com.
