Design and documentation

We survey the home: spaces, usage patterns, network, electrical points, and equipment that can be reused. We deliver floor plans, single-line diagrams, and schematics in AVIXA nomenclature, so home automation is defined on the plan, not patched in during construction.

Custom programming

Our engineers, certified as Crestron Service Providers, program the scenes, lighting logic, and coordination between shades, climate, audio, and access. Every button is agreed with the homeowners before we write a line of code.

Installation and site supervision

We install and supervise the setup in coordination with the construction crew, the architect, or the remodel, protecting finishes and timelines.

Training and after-sales with an SLA

We hand over the home fully operational and teach everyone in the household how to use the system. Maintenance comes with response times agreed by contract.

What does a residential home automation project include?

Can you automate a house or apartment that's already built?

Yes. When there’s no conduit available for new wiring, we use wireless keypads and controllers that integrate into the same control system. During the technical assessment we define which parts are worth wiring and which aren’t, so finishes stay intact.

Which brands do you use to automate a home?

We work with Crestron for control and automation, with the Crestron Home interface for day-to-day use, with Lutron for lighting control, and with Sonance for background audio built into the architecture. We’re Crestron Master Gold and a Crestron Service Provider. Brands are chosen per project and on technical merit.

Yes, as long as it’s in good condition and compatible with the system. Before proposing purchases, we check which of your home’s equipment can be integrated, because sustainability starts with not replacing what still works.
