What AV Integration Services Solve

Many AV projects fail not because of the equipment, but due to the lack of a technical lead to integrate and sustain them: rooms no one knows how to use, systems that don’t communicate with each other, and support that never arrives. Our services eliminate that friction by covering design, programming, installation, maintenance, and support end-to-end, with the option of dedicated on-site technicians for operations that cannot afford downtime.

AV design is delivered with floor plans, single-line and schematic diagrams, auditable by any external consultant.

Crestron programming is executed by certified Crestron Service Providers (CSP).

Maintenance is offered as a scheduled preventive plan and corrective support with contractually agreed SLA.

For critical operations (auditoriums, monitoring centers, campuses), the option of dedicated on-site technicians is available.

AV Integration Technical Capabilities

Each project phase demands a different discipline: good design does not guarantee good programming, and good installation does not replace post-sale support. That’s why we offer all six capabilities as an integrated cycle, not as separate services.

AV Design and Consulting

From the architectural planning phase, we design the audiovisual integration before construction to avoid rework and ensure compatibility with certifications such as LEED.

AV-Certified Personnel

We develop automation with the manufacturer's highest certification (Crestron Master Gold) and as a Crestron Service Provider. The room is operated with a single touch and adjusted to the client's actual usage workflows.

Installation and Supervision

Professional installation with our own team. We also provide oversight of AV projects executed by third parties to validate that the work meets technical standards and the approved design.

Preventive and Corrective Maintenance

Preventive maintenance plans to ensure equipment does not fail at critical moments, and corrective support with contractually agreed response times (SLA).

On-Site Technical Support

Dedicated technicians at the client's facilities for operations that cannot afford interruptions. Ideal model for auditoriums, monitoring centers, and university campuses where a failure halts an entire operation.

Audit and Extended Lifespan

Technical audit of existing AV projects and consulting to extend equipment lifecycle. Sustainability begins by not replacing what still works: we assess what to keep, what to upgrade, and what to integrate.

Why Trust Your AV Services to AV Integration

Single Point of Responsibility End-to-End

Design, programming, installation, maintenance, and support under the same team. The client does not coordinate five vendors or assign blame when something fails: there is a single technical lead for the complete cycle.

Certified Technical Depth

We study the scope of each product to combine the right technologies. Crestron Master Gold, AVIXA CTS, and CSP are the foundation of a team that knows what to integrate and what not to.

Sustainability and Lifecycle Extension

We reuse equipment in good condition, program for energy-saving shutdown, and responsibly manage e-waste, aligned with AVIXA's Sustainability program. The first question is not what to buy, but what to keep.

Post-Sale Support That Starts on Delivery Day

Preventive maintenance, corrective support with SLA, and dedicated on-site technicians. Post-sale support begins with end-user training on delivery day, not when something has already failed.

Request Technical Consultation for the AV Service You Need

The first conversation is a complimentary technical consultation where we understand what stage your project is in: a new design, an installation about to begin, a system needing maintenance, or an operation requiring on-site support.

From there, we prepare a detailed economic proposal with the service scope, timelines, and post-sale support model.

Frequently Asked Questions About AV Integration Services

What audiovisual integration services do you offer?
We cover the complete technical cycle of an audiovisual project: AV design and consulting with AVIXA nomenclature, custom Crestron programming executed by our Crestron Service Providers, installation and oversight, preventive and corrective maintenance, on-site technical support, and audit with equipment lifecycle extension. Each capability can be contracted within a comprehensive project or separately, depending on the stage of your space.
Yes. We conduct technical audits of existing AV projects to understand the actual condition of the equipment and, from there, offer preventive maintenance plans and corrective support with contractual SLA, regardless of who performed the original installation. We also provide oversight of third-party projects to validate that they meet technical standards. When viable, we prioritize reusing and upgrading what works before proposing replacements.
Crestron programming converts separate equipment into a system operable with a single touch: one-touch scenes that turn on the room, adjust lighting, and start videoconferencing, integration with existing systems, and automatic shutdown for energy savings. It is executed by our Crestron Service Providers (CSP) with the manufacturer’s highest certification. It matters because a well-programmed room is used without technical training, while a poorly programmed one ends up being a room no one knows how to operate.
Yes. Our offices are in Bogotá and Medellín (opening), and we serve clients throughout Colombia. In cities where we have certified technical partners, maintenance and support are executed by their team under our supervision; where there are no partners, we deploy certified personnel from our offices. For specific international projects, we coordinate through the PSNI global network.
We do not publish prices because each service is quoted according to its actual scope. The cost of a maintenance plan depends on the number and type of equipment, the criticality of the operation, and the required SLA; the cost of an AV design depends on the size of the space and the complexity of the integration. After a technical site visit, we deliver a detailed economic proposal with the scope, timelines, and support model in writing.
